FundSide does not collect, transmit, or share any user data. The App operates entirely on your device and does not communicate with any external servers, APIs, or third-party services.

Specifically:

• No crash reporting SDKs or diagnostic tools are included
• No advertising identifiers or tracking frameworks are used

Account & Authentication

FundSide does not require account creation, registration, or login of any kind. There are no usernames, passwords, or authentication mechanisms. The App is fully functional immediately upon download.

Data Storage

All data created within FundSide — including saved portfolios, allocations, and user preferences — is stored locally on your device using iOS on-device storage. This data is:

• Stored only on your device
• Never transmitted to any server or cloud service
• Never shared with any third party
• Deleted when you uninstall the App
• Under your complete control at all times

Cookies & Tracking

The FundSide iOS app does not use cookies or any form of tracking technology. This website (fundsideapp.com) may use basic, non-identifying cookies for standard web functionality, but the App itself contains no tracking mechanisms whatsoever.

Third-Party Services

FundSide does not integrate with any third-party services, SDKs, or APIs. The App does not connect to any brokerage, financial institution, analytics provider, advertising network, or social media platform. All ETF data is bundled within the App and updated through standard App Store app updates.

Children's Privacy

FundSide is rated 4+ on the App Store. Because the App does not collect any data from any user, it inherently complies with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and similar regulations.
